New method for slope protection! Honeycomb frame 'SPIKE(R) Spike'

Prevents gully and erosion phenomena! Flexible, lightweight, and compact! Excellent workability, outstanding corrosion resistance in the soil, and effective for snow accumulation applications at ski resorts!

The "Spike" method was devised in France in 1978 and was subsequently presented at the Second International Conference on Geotextiles (USA) in 1982. This method uses non-woven fabric with excellent drainage and water retention properties, molded into a honeycomb shape through a special manufacturing process, and is employed in vegetation methods for slopes to prevent gully and erosion phenomena, making it an excellent slope protection technique. Additionally, it takes advantage of the features of a frame that has high corrosion resistance in the soil and strong tensile strength, facilitating labor-saving operations. It is used as a reinforcement material for concrete and asphalt, and recently its application range has expanded to include snow retention in ski resorts. 【Features】 - High drainage and water retention effects, preventing the outflow of soil and seeds due to rainwater. - Made from polyester, offering high durability in the soil. - Lightweight and compact, providing excellent workability for storage, transportation, and site delivery. - Easy to install on curved surfaces, adaptable to uneven sites. - Capable of uniformly laying soil, sand, gravel, and other materials. - Load is distributed, accommodating loads from soil, snow, etc. *For more details about the product, please download the PDF materials or contact us. 3D Geocell Method GeoWeb

Ideal for natural greening and slope protection! It takes root in the earth and restores natural forms.

GeoWeb adapts to any site environment with a short construction period and easy installation. It is a geocell product made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheets that are continuously bonded into a three-dimensional honeycomb shape using high frequency. By filling the cell structure with filler material, it becomes a strong structure. Additionally, it is lightweight and flexible, making installation easy, and it is effective for various applications such as slope protection, riverbank reinforcement, and improving the bearing capacity of roadbeds. Biodegradable plastic used for slope protection materials.

Comprehensive greening is possible! Launching slope greening materials made from biodegradable plastics, taking into account natural recovery.

Our company's "slope protection materials" are plastic products designed to prevent erosion during the initial construction phase and to green and protect slopes that utilize long-term natural forces. They allow for full greening and have excellent aesthetic qualities. We are developing the slope greening component "Yamanoframe," made from biodegradable plastic, in collaboration with civil engineering construction companies, taking into consideration natural recovery. [Features] - Prevents erosion during the initial construction phase - Greens and protects slopes that utilize long-term natural forces - Allows for full greening and has excellent aesthetic qualities - The slope greening component "Yamanoframe," made from biodegradable plastic, is being developed in collaboration with civil engineering construction companies *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

3D Geocell Method Geoweb (Geoweb) [*Construction examples available*]

The three-dimensional honeycomb structure is effective for slope protection, retaining walls, riverbank reinforcement, and improving subgrade support! It is currently being used more widely as a construction method with low environmental impact!

This is a geocell product made of high-density polyethylene sheets with excellent durability, which are pressure-bonded in a staggered pattern using high-frequency technology, forming a three-dimensional honeycomb structure when expanded. By filling the cells with materials such as excavated soil or crushed stone, a strong structure is created. It is effective for slope protection, retaining walls, riverbank protection, and improving subgrade support. **Features** - Lightweight and compact, making it convenient for storage and easy to transport to the site. - Can be deployed on gently sloping surfaces and used as slope protection material after being secured with anchor pins and covered with soil. - Made from high-density polyethylene, which offers excellent durability and flexibility. - Filling with locally sourced seed-containing excavated soil allows for greening with native species. - Applicable for slope protection, vegetative retaining walls, river and waterway bank protection, and subgrade and support reinforcement. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.*
